Between our core team, we share 100+ years of non-profit leadership experience. We aren’t just teaching theory; we’re giving you the blueprints we’ve used to build successful, audit-proof organizations from the ground up.

Three Ways to Join the Accelerator

We offer three distinct paths to experience the Accelerator, designed to fit your learning style, location, and budget.

Option 1: The In-Person Experience
For those who thrive on face-to-face connection and community energy.

  • Location: The Prudential Building, 35th Floor (Expansive Co-working Space).

  • Time: Fridays, 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM.

  • Investment: $4,000.00 tuition + $20/mo platform membership.

Option 2: The Virtual Cohort
Flexible, high-impact learning with real-time feedback from wherever you are.

  • Location: Online via Google Meet.

  • Time: Wednesday evenings, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

  • Investment: $4,000.00 tuition + $20/mo platform membership.

Option 3: The Self-Paced Path (On-Demand)
Learn at your own pace, on your own time.

  • Location:coachhouse.app

  • Details: Get full access to all Accelerator content, modules, and homework directly on our digital platform.

  • Investment: $20.00/month membership fee.

The Cohort Schedule

Our In-Person and Virtual cohorts run three times a year.

  • Winter Cohort: Starts each February

  • Spring Cohort: Starts each May

  • Fall Cohort: Starts each October

Alumni Support:
We stay in your corner long after graduation. All participants (Cohort & Self-Paced) are invited to our Alumni Workshops held each January, April, August, and September.

What’s Included in Your Accelerator Journey

  • 9 Core Strategy Sessions: A structured journey that begins with clearly articulating your organization’s philosophy—your origin, need, mission, vision, values, and theory of change—and then builds toward implementation. From that foundation, we guide you through designing (or redesigning) programs that bring your mission to life, along with the essential systems that support them: evaluation, communications, budgeting, fundraising, and board leadership.

  • 10 Hours of 1:1 Coaching: (Included for In-Person & Virtual cohorts) Direct, concierge-style access to solve your specific hurdles.

  • The Funder-Ready Toolkit: Strategic Roadmap, templates, homework, and resources available through our online platform.

  • The Coach House Platform: Your $20/month membership unlocks the coachhouse.app ecosystem, giving you ongoing access to all curriculum, updates, and our growing founder community.

  • The Founder Community: Access to a network of like-minded peers who are building alongside you

By the End, You’ll Have:

Funding Your Growth

A Note on Tuition:
The $4,000 investment for our cohort models is often covered for participants through scholarships or grant funding. We view this as a Capacity Building Engagement, which many foundations are eager to support. We are happy to collaborate with funders or help you identify grant opportunities to cover your tuition.

Note: All participants (including scholarship recipients) are responsible for the $20/month platform membership fee to maintain access to their tools and the community.
